How are Twitter Bikes shipped and will I need to assemble it?
All Twitter Bikes are shipped 85% pre-assembled in secure, reinforced cartons. You will only need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and saddle using the included toolkit.
What kind of warranty comes with a Twitter Bike?
We provide a 3-year warranty on the carbon fiber or alloy frame and a 1-year warranty on original components. This covers manufacturing defects but excludes normal wear and tear.
Can I return my bike if it is not the right fit?
Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy for unused bikes in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs for bicycles are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and flexible financing options like Klarna or Affirm for qualifying customers.
How do I determine the correct frame size for my height?
Each product page features a detailed size chart. Generally, our bikes range from 46cm to 54cm. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for better stability.
Are Twitter Bikes UCI certified for professional racing?
Many of our high-end carbon road models are designed to meet UCI standards. Please check the specific product specifications for the 'UCI Approved' badge if you plan to use the bike in sanctioned professional races.
