At Twitter Bike, we want you to ride with absolute confidence. If your high-performance gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in new, unassembled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Twitter Bike account or visit our Support Portal with your order number and email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Equipment

  Carefully repackage your bicycle or components in the original factory packaging to prevent any structural damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
